House Rules

Your use of our washer/dryer or services constitute your adherence to our terms and condition:

  • Count and sort your Laundry in front of our staff to verify the correct quantity. We shall not be liable for any loss or any type of damage to our customers’ clothes and/or any valuable items left therein upon failure to conduct the count and sort. (this applies to Full Service & Dropoff)

  • Do not overload the machine as they may cause error and stop the operation. In this case, customer will be charged accordingly. Maximum limit per load is 7kg for regular clothes. This limit is not applicable if the laundry includes thick or large size items (comforters, towels, etc.) which may result to overloading.

  • We do not accept pet’s laundry for sanitation purposes.

  • Please don’t include harmful/metal objects in your laundry as it may cause damage to the machines. (lighters, metals in bags and belts, etc.)

  • No Receipt No Claim Policy (you can take a picture if you want). Upon failure to present your receipt, we shall be asking for any ID to ensure the correct recipient of the laundry. If your ID does not match with our records, we shall charge Php 1,000 investigation fee since it would take time and effort.

  • Please claim your Laundry within 3 days. Otherwise, a PHP30 storage fee applies for every 3 days due to the limited storage capacity of our laundry shop.

  • Please check your laundry upon claim or receipt. Complaints will only be entertained within 24 hours from actual pick up or delivery date.

  • For valid customer claim, our liability is limited to three (3) times the total of service charges indicated in the related job order or actual price of the item, whichever is lower.

  • All important REMINDERS posted in this shop are part of this terms and conditions. Please read it carefully.
